A NOTE FROM THE HAUNTED HIGHWAY TEAM
Attention Haunted Highway Passengers:
Regretfully we announce the cancellation of The Haunted Highway due to take place October 16th-31st.
We know that this will come as an enormous disappointment to all of you that were excited to attend. Everyone who already purchased tickets will be fully refunded automatically through their original form of payment.
This is not a decision we took lightly.
Business is unpredictable during this pandemic, and for small business owners, that means exceptionally high risk. We determined the risk of keeping our staff and attendees safe, along with the economic risks, to be too substantial.
We share in your disappointment and look forward to a day when people can freely enjoy events without apprehension.
We would still like to do our part in saving Halloween. We will also be supporting The Halloween Helpers, a not-for-profit organization, that last year alone saved Halloween for 10,000 children, with a Costume Drive. Costumes will be provided to children in need such as children living in poverty, children with special needs, children with physical and/or mental disabilities, children in foster care, or children that have experienced a recent trauma or natural disaster.
The costume drive will begin Tuesday, October 13th, and continue through Friday, October 23rd. We will have a costume drop box located at 260 Howard Street, NE, Atlanta, GA.
Please help us save Halloween by bringing gently gently-worn costumes that have been washed and placed inside a Ziploc bag. Please write on the Ziploc bag size and costume type. (i.e children’s medium, princess) All sizes of costumes accepted. For more information about this great cause please visit http://www.thehalloweenhelpers.com/
